CARA Hosts Marathon 101 Workshop to Prepare Runners for the Bank of America Chicago Marathon and to Help them Achieve their Goals
CHICAGO – (March 23, 2015) – Join the Chicago Area Runners Association (CARA) at their Marathon 101 Workshop as they educate runners about what it takes to get from the start line to the finish line.

VISUAL: Join CARA for food, beer and fun and learn about the marathon from CARA’s team of running experts, seasoned athletes and the Bank of America Chicago Marathon representatives. CARA has trained more than 40,000 runners from all backgrounds for over 25 years. Come see why experience is the best coach.
Runners will learn about marathon training, tips for becoming a successful marathoner, the Bank of America Chicago Marathon registration process, and how to secure a guaranteed race entry through a charity. This event is free to general public.
