Meghan Kennihan & Kamil Suran
Sept/Oct 2011 AOTM
Kamil Suran has lived in Crystal Lake, Ill. for over 10 years, but has been involved in sports virtually his entire life. After taking a career-related hiatus from athletics, Suran came onto the endurance scene at age 33. "I realized when I was 33 that I'm not getting any younger and I didn't feel as good as I used to," says Suran. "I just wanted to feel better again, not so tired and out of breath."
Since that day, Suran has posted a laundry list of competitive finishes and has represented the Czech Republic in many ultraendurance races — a tribute to his father.
This year alone, Suran has conquered the Potawatomi 100-Mile run (Seventh place overall finisher), a double Iron triathlon in Florida (this race secured a second-place overall standing in the World Cup of Ultratriathlon for Suran). And on July 27 of this year, Suran swam the Catalina Channel in California a feat only 200 other people have ever accomplished.
LaGrange, Ill. resident Meghan Kennihan has been chalking-up endurance victories since she took up road racing in her sophomore year of college. A natural athlete, Kennihan was well versed in shorter distance track events, but was drawn to distance racing after her first experience — a 10K race that she won.
Since that first victory, Kennihan has continued to grab podium appearances. Most recently she was the first female finisher at the Schaumburg Half Marathon, Bonfield Express 5K,Tough Mudder and the inaugural Illinois Marathon.
In addition to running, Kennihan has also excelled in triathlons having qualified for the Vegas 70.3 Championships twice despite having little training and using borrowed equipment.
"I love getting into •the zone' when you feel like every step is effortless. It is so stress relieving and I love that you can do it anywhere," says Kennihan. "Not all runs are perfect but you learn something from each one."
I am so happy to hear about Jarrett's book, how exciting! Love all your pituercs, Chelsea. THe boys look darling with their saggy hair does, they are handsome little guys. I miss you, especially now that the rainy session has set in. I sit on the lanai and think of you often. I wish we could have one more lanai talk and I could just hug you one more time. Milo is getting so big. He told me yesterday he did not like babies and when I was tring to re-direct him from doing something naughty yesterday, he held up his hand and pretended to shoot me, even with a big sound effect. I laughed and I cried .Time is so precious. I love you friend, and find much comfort and joy in your writings, you are very talented. I stayed up last night and caught up on all your post. I cried, your journey is beautiful, your love is so contagious, you're an amazing woman. I am so happy you have all this time with your honey, l long for that too. I know the sun will always shine on all of you. I just wanted to let you know we think of you daily, and I send my love. My wife and i were so comfortable when Raymond manegad to conclude his basic research through the ideas he discovered while using the site. It's not at all simplistic just to be making a gift of steps which usually many people have been trying to sell. And we all fully grasp we have got the blog owner to thank for that. The illustrations you made, the easy web site navigation, the friendships you can help create it's many amazing, and it's really letting our son and us feel that that subject is brilliant, and that is particularly vital. Thank you for the whole lot!

If you ever get a chance to visit Trang, it's my hasnubd's hometown (in southern Thailand) and it is lovely! Muu yang trang is their signature dish and its the most delicious breakfast imaginable. If you're passing though Bangkok on the way down, the offer still stands to show you all around the big city.

I'll gear this review to 2 types of pelpoe: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and pelpoe trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.) http://cgmiexycrq.com [urlhttp://jgengwqj.com]jgengwqj[/url] [linkhttp://ybiijtiya.com]ybiijtiya[/link]
